Student Success in Community Colleges
Review by Zachary Singleton
This book touches on the developmental education for community college students. We can see what all of us can do to help the students to be able to succeed in college. The author’s do a great job at presenting us with different ways that we can help the students be successful.
I enjoyed getting to read this book. It gave me a chance to look the faculty side of things and how we can all work together to help the students succeed. I was one of those students myself when I started college. I took some developmental classes in a couple of subjects. It helped me to be successful in college. This book did get me to thinking even more about services we could offer our students living in the residence halls and to help them succeed. It helped me to continue my growth into becoming a better administrator and leader at ASU-Beebe.
